We are now looking for several chefs for a hotel and restaurant in Lofoten – one of Norway's most spectacular places.
Here you will work with quality ingredients, a varied menu, and a team that is passionate about food, service, and experiences. The restaurant serves both hotel guests and external guests, with a pace that varies between quieter periods and full service.
This is perfect for you who want to work with cooking in an inspiring environment, develop as a chef, and experience the nature of northern Norway.
Responsibilities
- À la carte
- Preparation and mise en place
- Collaboration in the kitchen team
- Ensuring quality and pace in service
- Contributing structure, energy, and good atmosphere in the kitchen
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience as a chef
- Thrives in a team and in a fast-paced kitchen
- Is structured and responsible
- Loves quality ingredients and classic cooking
- Speaks Scandinavian or English
