JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? The Home Care Group Haga is now looking for nursing assistants who want to work with care during the day and evening. With us, you have the opportunity to provide security and support to our users in their own homes, in an engaged and positive work team.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you deliver good care and social support to our users. You will have a varied job that will largely involve helping and supporting the user in their daily life to promote functional ability.

Within home care in Hammarö municipality, we have the conditions to smoothly adjust the time according to the user's needs. This is highly appreciated and something you will notice makes a positive difference for the user. We enjoy working together, and you will have close access to managers, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. We have administrative support in the form of home care coordinators and staffing planners who assist managers and employees with staffing and scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a nursing assistant education and experience in care work, home care, or elderly care. You enjoy working with people and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. In your work, you use mobile phones and digital tools, which requires a certain level of digital maturity.

Requirements: A valid driver's license and comfort with cycling for work, as the position requires you to primarily travel between users by bike and occasionally drive a car.

You who apply are attentive to others' needs, have a good approach, and the ability to make your own decisions while collaborating well with others in the team. As a person, you have high social competence and are flexible, service-oriented, positive, and responsible. We place great importance on your personal suitability.

We offer shadowing and introduction before starting work. Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
