JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be part of an operation where your work makes a difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for engaged employees for our home care service, starting as soon as possible with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for both care assistants and nursing assistants for home care in both bicycle groups and car groups with shifts during the day and evening.

With us, you have the opportunity to provide security and support to our users in their own homes, in an engaged and positive work team.

As a care assistant or nursing assistant in home care, you deliver good care and social services to our users. You will have a varied job that will largely involve helping and supporting the user in daily life to promote their functional ability.

In home care at Hammarö municipality, we have the conditions to smoothly adjust the time according to the user's needs. This is highly appreciated and something you will notice makes a positive difference for the user. We enjoy working together, and you will have close access to managers, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. We have administrative support in the form of home care coordinators and staffing planners who assist managers and employees with staffing and scheduling.

Duration: 3 - 6 months with the possibility of extension

Start: As soon as possible or by agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in care work in home care or elderly care, nursing assistant education is an advantage
• Have a B driver's license (for the groups where a B driver's license is required)
• Can cycle in the job (for the city center groups)

You who apply are attentive to others' needs, have a good attitude, and can make your own decisions while collaborating well with others in the team. As a person, you have high social competence, are flexible, service-oriented, positive, and responsible. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. In your work, you use mobile phones and digital tools, which requires a solid digital competence. We place great importance on your personal suitability.

We offer shadowing and introduction before starting work. Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
