With us, you will be a central part of the flow between suppliers, warehouse, and customers.

About the role

As a warehouse and logistics employee at Ventim, you will primarily work with incoming deliveries and inventory management, but the role is broad and varied. You will work closely with purchasing, sales, and production, contributing to ensuring our deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

Ventim collaborates with suppliers from around the world, which means you will work with international deliveries and logistics flows.

We are also in a development phase where we are reviewing work methods, systems, and warehouse structure, giving you the opportunity to influence how we work moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Register and manage incoming deliveries in the business system
• Labeling and placement of goods in the warehouse
• Stock replenishment and inventory
• Contact with carriers and freight forwarders
• Booking and follow-up of transports
• Handling deviations and return goods
• Contribute to order and structure in the warehouse

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with business systems, such as Business Central
• Forklift license
• Experience with international deliveries
• 5S/Lean
