JOB DUTIES

As a recycling worker, you are the face of our company to our customers. The job mainly consists of working as a driver, but work at recycling centers may also occur temporarily.

As a driver, you will operate various types of transport vehicles to collect waste from both households and businesses. You are responsible for loading, emptying, and handling different types of waste and ensuring that the work is reported back in our systems.

You will have daily contact with customers, and it is important that you can provide clear information and guidance regarding sorting, both on the roads and at the recycling centers. Workplace safety and security are central parts of our operations and something you will actively work with.

Your duties also include keeping our Borgholm Energi waste facilities clean and well-maintained, as well as ensuring that our vehicles are in good condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a C driver's license and a valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate). Experience driving heavy vehicles and loaders, preferably in a similar operation, as well as work in similar service professions, is an advantage.

As a person, you enjoy meeting people. You have good physical ability and enjoy working outdoors. To thrive in this role, you also need to be comfortable working with digital systems and tools.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
