We are now looking for engaged summer workers for Axalta Powder Coating Systems Nordic AB in Västervik. Here you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and work together with a wonderful team in their production and warehouse departments.

About the Position

The summer job runs from week 27 to 33 with training approximately two weeks before the start (week 24 or 25). Please note that Axalta plans a production stop for one week this summer, likely week 30, but there will also be good opportunities for continued work after the summer for the right person. This is a full-time position where they are looking for staff for both their warehouse and production.

• Warehouse 2-shift scheduled on weekdays.
• Production 2-shift where you alternate between morning and afternoon shifts.

Job Description

In the role of operator at Axalta, you will work with the manufacturing of powder coating in production. You will ensure that the process runs smoothly and that the products maintain high quality. The tasks also include driving forklifts and overhead cranes, and you will work both independently and together with colleagues in a team. For the warehouse positions, the focus is primarily on forklift driving, material flows, and inventory management.

We would like you to:

• Have experience from industrial work or relevant education
• Be practical and enjoy working actively
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy collaborating in a team
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have a driver's license and access to a car if you do not live in Västervik
• Be able to work 2-shifts
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
