We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Specialist/Spare Parts Coordinator for one of our clients in Kalmar. You will play a vital role in the company's logistics and spare parts flow, responsible for both incoming and outgoing goods.

About the Company

We are looking for an employee who can contribute to a stable and efficient logistics flow for one of our clients in Kalmar.

Your Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
• Booking transports and managing delivery documentation
• Handling commercial invoices and international logistics flows both within and outside the EU
• Picking, packing, and shipping spare parts
• Warehouse management, inventory control, and organizing warehouse areas
• Contact with carriers and external partners
• Administrative work related to logistics and spare parts

Your Background/Qualifications

As a person, you have a meticulous and structured working style, and you thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and drive your work forward independently. You feel comfortable working autonomously and quickly find solutions when unexpected situations arise. At the same time, you are flexible and adaptable, and you are good at maintaining order and creating structure in both practical and administrative work. With your positive attitude and focus on quality, you contribute to ensuring that logistics flows run smoothly and efficiently.

• Experience in logistics and/or spare parts management
• Experience with international deliveries and documentation within/outside the EU
• Experience with commercial invoices and export/import documents
• Ability to work independently and drive your work forward
• Good problem-solving skills and structure
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and confidence in administrative systems

Merits:
