As a production worker with extended responsibilities, you will work on the production line, monitor and manage machines, perform quality checks, pack and document, drive forklifts, and, if necessary, replace the supervisor to ensure production for our client.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is both responsible and structured. You enjoy practical work and have an interest in technology, making you a valuable member of our team. To succeed in this role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and hold a B driver's license. Your proactive and solution-oriented approach allows you to take greater responsibility in production when needed.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in production or industry, which gives you an understanding of workflows and machines. Experience in leadership or responsible roles further strengthens your profile, as does having skills in quality control and documentation. A technical education or courses in production technology can give you an advantage, as well as experience with forklift driving and working with production lines.
