About the Role

Do you want to make a difference in a role where safety, collaboration, and development are in focus?

As a team leader at Securitas, you will help create strong teams, where your commitment and ability to lead with care and clarity make a real difference – both for your colleagues and our customers. You will have a coordinating role and will simply be the link that connects the customer's contacts with your own management and the colleagues around you.

We are currently looking for a temporary team leader to strengthen our team in Umeå. In this role, you will work as a team leader during the day and combine this with ensuring that your team has the right conditions to perform daily tasks in the best possible way. In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead, support, and assist a large team across Umeå municipality and surrounding areas
• Be involved in staffing optimization and quality assurance of the team's work
• Be the local link between the customer and colleagues
• Ensure that our policies are followed and that we maintain high quality in our work together
• Work with rounds, alarms, and support with vacancy solutions when needed

Requirements

We place great importance on your personal suitability for a leadership role.

We also see that you possess:

• Guard training (VU1 and VU2)
• Approved security guard training
• Approved grades in Swedish from high school
• Good knowledge of English
• B driver's license

We also consider it an advantage for the position if you have experience in management and/or have group leader training as well as experience with our support systems such as GRS Tools or GSP.

• The position is a full-time temporary position (100%) starting as soon as possible and until 2026-08-31. We apply a 6-month probationary period

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, it is required that you have approved grades from the first year of high school in Swedish and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective regulations, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legality, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information collected may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a comprehensive assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
