What will your role look like?

As a Designer, you will ensure the design of good technical solutions in accordance with performance goals regarding time and quality, as well as high customer satisfaction. You will ensure efficient resource utilization through good planning.

You will also work on:

• Working on design assignments within properties of varying nature

• Contributing to a smooth handover to production during the implementation phase

• Being responsible for assignments in individual projects

• Supporting calculations with documentation in ABT

• Selecting technical solutions that facilitate cost-effective procurement

• Leading, planning, and financially managing projects.

Your background:

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree or work experience that we consider equivalent. You have good knowledge of laws and regulations and Swedish standards. A good understanding of risk management and planning work is a requirement. You are methodical and systematic in your approach and are responsible and drive good results. You have industry experience in indoor climate and have worked with planning and implementation of projects. You also have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant technical education from college, university, or other post-secondary education in installation technology and energy, for example as a HVAC engineer or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC design and planning

• Experience working with AutoCAD and MagiCAD

• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Experience in design

• Knowledge of real estate
