We continue to grow and are now looking for an IT Technician with partial responsibility as an Incident Manager, who wants to help develop our IT delivery and ensure high quality in our services.

Here you will have a central role in an engaged team where you work closely with technology, people, and processes.

The Role

Together with some colleagues, you will be responsible for the incident flow, coordinating and driving cases forward, and ensuring that the business receives quick and professional support. You will become a key person in the team and contribute to creating order, structure, and efficiency in daily work.

You work proactively, see the whole picture, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when the pace is high. The role also includes being a point of contact for the business, leading the team in daily operations, and ensuring a high level of service.

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in technology or IT, or other relevant education and/or work experience that the employer considers equivalent. We seek someone with good knowledge in:

• Computers, Mobile devices, Tablets, peripherals, operating systems, and networks
• MS Office
• Incident management systems
• Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
• Knowledge of ITIL processes

You are self-driven and have a good ability to see things from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and can easily communicate in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, with a high degree of collaboration ability. To thrive in this role, you are a natural relationship builder who can work independently as well as in a group. Additionally, you are goal-oriented and structured in your work approach.

About Development and IT

The organization of Region Blekinge is divided into six areas of responsibility, one of which is development and IT. Here, there are consolidated resources in planning, digitization, information technology, research, quality and development, public health, environment, and sustainability. The area also includes the office of the patient board. The area manages and develops, among other things, the organization's work related to technical services, management systems, process-oriented working methods, and portfolio, architecture, technology, and information management. There is also the Blekinge Competence Center, which is responsible for Region Blekinge's medical library, learning center, R&D agreements, the scientific council, and other research activities.
