Planner at Aurora Omsorg in Bromma
Vialin Aurora ABStockholms län, Stockholm
Previous experience is desired
Aurora Omsorg is a family business in Västerort with about 100 employees across three offices. We prioritize quality in care and are committed to ensuring that both customers and staff thrive. We take pride in having low staff turnover and almost no customers who change providers.
We are now looking for a planner for our office in Abrahamsberg, Bromma. As a planner, your primary task is to ensure that staffing and daily planning lead to good quality, staff continuity, working environment, and economy. You will have a certain leadership role and work closely with the unit manager, staff, and customers.
Staffing and scheduling are among our most important tools for quality, working environment, and economy. As a planner, you have a central role in balancing and following up on these aspects. We place great importance on you working in a structured, proactive manner, taking the time to understand customers and staff, and being able to make suggestions and decisions independently without waiting for the manager's approval.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
- Staffing and long-term scheduling as well as handling urgent changes
- Contact with customers, relatives, healthcare, assistance coordinators, etc.
- Ensuring that implementation plans and service descriptions are correct and up to date
- Responsible for premises, vehicles, and work tools
- Development of routines and value-based work within the framework of our quality group.
- Care work with customers
The role also includes supporting and relieving the unit manager's work, including:
- Introducing, leading, and coaching staff
- Reviewing documentation for invoicing and payroll
- Planning night services for all three of our offices
Our working method and what we offer
We work with heart, within the frameworks of laws, routines, and economy. We always start from the quality of care and work in a structured and unified manner. We have a well-developed quality system with clear routines. Planning is based on our policy for scheduling and staffing. Leadership is based on our leadership model with a strong focus on reflection, follow-up, and feedback.
We offer a workplace where everyone works for the best interests of the customers. Here you will find a serious employer who prioritizes quality and colleagues who care about the customers and each other. We have short communication paths between everyone in the company, from care staff to the CEO.
We have collective agreements, pension, insurance, and wellness benefits.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in planning/coordinating in home care and who is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
In addition, we would like you to have experience in:
- Documentation for invoicing and payroll
- Night and alarm services
- Leadership of home care staff
- Administration regarding keys, vehicles, phones, work clothes, premises issues, and other equipment used in home care
- Protected professional title as a nursing assistant and a B driver's license.
We are looking for someone who cares about people and wants to do their best for customers and staff. We want you to see the job with us as a long-term collaboration. You should care about and listen to customers and staff and be able to make decisions independently when necessary.
You work in a structured manner and can prioritize. At the same time, you are flexible and plan your work based on the often unpredictable conditions of home care. You can act immediately in the event of changes. You encourage staff to be involved in planning and development but can make decisions independently when needed.
