Registered Nurse at Huddinge Health Center

As a registered nurse, you now have the opportunity to take on the challenge of working at Huddinge Health Center, one of the largest health centers in the country located in the heart of Huddinge Center.

Due to parental leave from one of our reception nurses, we will fill a temporary position. Therefore, we are looking for you as a registered nurse with experience working in a clinic with telephone triage and reception work.

About Us

The health center is located in the pleasant Huddinge center and serves a population of just over 26,000 people. The health center is an academic health center and we work a lot with digitalization. The population consists of people of all ages. A stable area with mixed housing: villas, apartment buildings, and countryside. Good communications, 16 minutes by commuter train to Stockholm City.

At the health center, there is a general practitioner clinic, home healthcare, child healthcare center, psychosocial unit, laboratory, and foot care.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse at the clinic, this involves telephone triage and reception work.

Qualifications

You are a licensed registered nurse with experience in primary care.

Employment Type

Temporary position starting as soon as possible. 9 months with the possibility of extension. Employment rate 100%. The position will be filled on the condition that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to applicable regulations.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

• background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overall guidelines for background checks during employment.
• employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
• in addition to Swedish professional licensing, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
