We at Pokayoke, on behalf of PostNord, are looking for a Team Manager for their state-of-the-art logistics center in Kungsängen. At this facility, logistics for one of the world's largest e-commerce players is handled, and here you will have the opportunity to drive daily operations forward.

About the position

As a Team Manager at PostNord, you will be responsible for a department where you lead and allocate the daily work. You ensure that your team meets its goals in quality, efficiency, and safety, in an environment where improvement work and engagement are in focus. The role involves close collaboration with other Team Managers, and you report to the Shift Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the daily operations within your department

• Planning, following up, and optimizing the department's goals and results

• Communicating goals, expectations, and feedback clearly

• Coaching employees according to individual development plans

• Ensuring that the work environment, safety, and routines are followed

• Reporting incidents, risks, and deviations

• Driving improvement work to increase efficiency

• Breaking down the company's strategies into concrete and measurable goals

Your profile

We are looking for a structured and engaged leader, with the ability to both support and challenge your employees in their daily work. You are confident in making decisions, have good communication skills, and are motivated by seeing others grow. You thrive in a dynamic environment where change is part of everyday life.

We see that you have:

• Experience in leadership, preferably within logistics, production, or warehousing

• The ability to work goal-oriented and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment

• High school education and good IT skills, especially in Excel

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• A coaching and exemplary leadership style with a strong sense of responsibility

Experience from the logistics industry and knowledge of languages other than Swedish/English is an advantage.
