About the Role

Within our operations, which apply the IL6S strategy, the Service Engineer is a key person to ensure equipment availability and operational reliability on the line. You will work with maintenance strategies, analysis, planning, preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will collaborate with technicians, team leaders, and automation engineers to minimize downtime and increase machine reliability. The role includes administration, machine knowledge, and contact with the technicians on the line. You are responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out according to the company's strict safety procedures and hygiene requirements. This means following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and our internal hygiene regulations in all work.

Main Responsibilities

• Analysis and planning: Conduct analyses to ensure proper maintenance of equipment and contribute to agreed technical availability within your area of responsibility.
• Preventive maintenance: Ensure that maintenance plans are followed and executed with the right quality and continuously improved.
• Improvement work: Systematically and cost-effectively work with preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Training: Educate and set requirements for increased understanding and responsibility for maintenance and required function among technicians and operators.
• Project management: Participate in and independently drive maintenance-related work and projects. Also participate in investment projects within your area of responsibility.
• KPI monitoring: Compile, analyze, and report maintenance technical KPIs.
• External coordination: Be the contact person, receiver, and supervisor of external resources for maintenance work.
• Inspections: Participate in inspections and assessments.
• Documentation: Initiate and update maintenance instructions and ensure agreed availability during new acquisitions.
• Spare parts management: Optimize spare parts inventory.
• Calibration responsibility: Be responsible for the calibration program within your area and ensure correct documentation and execution.
• Financial responsibility: Follow up on the area of responsibility's outcomes and analyze them in relation to the budget. Report deviations from the budget to the manager and the business's Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• MUST: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• MUST: Engineering degree in maintenance technology.
• Experience with maintenance strategies and SAP PM.
• Collaboration skills and experience with improvement work.
