About the Job

The position includes all tasks of a dental nurse within both pediatric and adult dental care. Examples of tasks include assistance, prophylaxis, and teamwork with delegated responsibilities. Work in sterilization and reception may also occur.

About the Workplace

The Falkenberg operational area consists of three clinics: Folktandvården Falkenberg, Folktandvården Getinge, and Folktandvården Ullared. We maintain close communication between the clinics and focus on good collaboration, development of the operations, and training for employees. We want it to be enjoyable to go to work. We care about helping and supporting each other. Your placement will be divided between Folktandvården Getinge and Folktandvården Falkenberg.

Folktandvården Getinge is a smaller clinic with three treatment rooms. The entire clinic was completely renovated in 2023 and now has bright and modern premises. There are good commuting options by bus from Halmstad and Falkenberg. Currently, 4 people work at the clinic, and dentists and dental nurses from the Falkenberg clinic also assist with staffing.

Folktandvården Falkenberg is located in modern premises, where you will work alongside approximately 30 colleagues from various professions. The clinic is centrally located in Falkenberg and is co-located with the health center. There are good commuting options both north and south with proximity to buses and trains. The clinic has 14,000 registered patients. Orthodontics is housed in the same premises. Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an approved dental nurse education. You are a positive and energetic person. Being flexible, structured, and able to stay one step ahead are important competencies for success in this role. You are open to teamwork in multiple rooms. Good collaboration skills are a prerequisite. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

The clinics use a structured improvement process with continuous follow-up for increased participation. Creativity, ideas, and suggestions that can lead to more efficient and better care for our shared patients are valued. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
