Solåkrabyn is a non-profit organization that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications

You need to have care and nursing education, equivalent education, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication, computer skills, and a B driver's license are required.

Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and experience working with individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.

The tasks consist of supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform daily life activities and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is included in the tasks.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.

The employment is part-time, approximately 75%.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
