Do you want to be part of developing a company where technology, problem-solving, and improvement work are at the center? Unique Pyrotechnic is now looking for an Operational Production Leader who wants to be responsible for the manufacturing unit, lead the team, and create structure in processes and workflows.
This is a new role where you will have a significant opportunity to influence both how production is managed on a daily basis and how it can be developed moving forward.
YOUR DAILY WORK
As an Operational Production Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing operates efficiently in daily work. You will plan production, lead the team, and ensure that orders, materials, and resources are aligned so that work flows smoothly.
You will work closely with your colleagues and be their natural contact person, and you will also communicate with suppliers and other parts of the business. At the same time, you will drive improvements in how work is organized and how processes can become more efficient.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead and allocate work in production
Plan manufacturing and order flows
Ensure that materials and inventory match incoming orders
Improve production flows
Engage in dialogue with suppliers and contractors
Develop technical documentation, manuals, and production materials
Work operationally close to the business and support the team in daily work
Help establish routines and structure for how production should work moving forward
The role is a combination of operational work and planning, with a focus on making manufacturing work well in practice.
WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you have experience working in or leading production, and that you have a good understanding of how manufacturing, material flows, and planning are interconnected.
You are someone who thrives close to the business, can engage in dialogue with both your team and suppliers, and see what needs to be done to improve workflow.
We want you to have:
Experience leading or coordinating work in production
Understanding of production flows, planning, and material handling
Ability to create structure and routines in daily work
A practical and solution-oriented approach
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Category B driver's license
Experience working with the Office suite
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
It is advantageous if you also have experience in:
Mechanical or electronic production
Low voltage
Hydraulic systems
Welding or mechanical assembly
Creating technical documentation, manuals, or flow descriptions
