JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for a chef for our food service in Lima and Transtrand. With us, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the preparation of all meals for the residents at Bompabacken in Transtrand and Skålmogården in Lima. The position involves being scheduled for both Bompabacken's kitchen and Skålmogården's kitchen.

We are looking for someone with a great interest and knowledge in cooking for many, as well as knowledge and experience in special diets. Being resourceful and willing to take your own initiatives is seen as an asset.

The job responsibilities include preparing all meals for the residents at Bompabacken and Skålmogården. Baking, dishwashing, and cleaning are also part of the job, as well as ordering goods in our ordering system.

The working hours are scheduled for all days of the week, which means you will also work some weekends. The schedule is set for five-week periods and the scheduling system is relatively flexible.

QUALIFICATIONS

Serving food of high quality is a given for us. Therefore, we are looking for someone with some form of culinary education, such as catering or restaurant education at the high school level or similar. You should also have experience as a chef in a large kitchen and/or restaurant, as well as knowledge/experience regarding cooking for special diets, self-monitoring programs, and good knowledge of food hygiene.

Computer skills and experience with ordering are considered advantageous.
