Receptionist at the charming Hamnhotellet Kronan in Landskrona

Welcome to Hamnhotellet Kronan – the personal hotel by the sea.

With us, you will work at a small family-owned hotel, right in the heart of Landskrona. Our beautiful building from the late 1800s today houses 17 uniquely decorated rooms, from cozy single rooms to spacious double rooms with balconies. Here we combine historical charm with modern service – something our guests love.

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist who wants to help create memorable guest experiences. The position mainly involves work during weekends, with the possibility of extended working hours during the summer season.

About the position

As a receptionist with us, you will have a varied role with a lot of responsibility. You are our face to the outside world and play a key role in creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Booking management via our system (Sirvoy)
• Breakfast responsibility
• Cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas
• Handling guest inquiries, recommendations, and basic support

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in service jobs, preferably in hotels
• Is positive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys a role where you can take responsibility and work in a structured manner
• Can easily switch between different tasks and is stress-resistant
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with hotel booking systems, especially Sirvoy
• Knowledge of additional languages

Please note: You must be at least 20 years old, as we have serving responsibilities according to law.
