We are looking for a passionate Barista

In this recruitment, we place great importance on personality and attitude. For a good match in our team, we prefer that you are a person with high natural social competence, enjoy practical work, and have a positive attitude towards varied tasks. You must have strong collaboration skills and be service-minded. For you, the guests should always be the focus. At Fogarolli, we work closely together, and it is essential that you have good communication with your colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for brewing and serving coffee and espresso drinks of the highest quality

• Create and present Latte Art to provide our customers with a visual experience

• Handle cash, guide guests, and receive payments

• Contribute to a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

To be successful in the role of Barista at Fogarolli, you should:

• Be curious to learn new things every day

• Be able to streamline work at the coffee cart

• Be flexible regarding working hours and days

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Be equally comfortable working in a team as well as independently

• Be prepared for travel and overnight stays in a work context

• Be available to work during our two busiest periods: June 2-7 (Sweden Rock Festival) and August 12-16 (Way Out West)

Desirable

• Have a B driver's license, preferably a manual license, and have good driving experience

• Experience driving with a trailer

• Previous experience in the Barista profession

• Be creative and have an eye for detail in creating Latte Art

Training

With us, you will receive in-depth barista training and workshops, as well as "on the job training" from 2 of the country's finalists in the Swedish Coffee Championships in Latte Art 2023 and 2024. We offer further education and the opportunity to build a career at Fogarolli and in the Barista industry. At Fogarolli, you are always more than "just" a Barista and receive all the tools you need to learn new things every day.

Employment

The start of employment will be after agreement. You need to have high availability during the peak season (June 1 - August 16). Training will take place in March, April, and May, and employment contracts will be signed continuously. Very good chances of extension. Salary according to agreement. We primarily offer hourly employment, but for the driven, permanent positions can be offered.
