JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and coach participants in their work development
• Plan and lead the work in the workgroup
• Perform certain practical tasks such as lawn mowing, clearing, and basic maintenance of green areas
• Document and follow up on the participants' development
• Collaborate, both internally and externally

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who enjoys practical outdoor work.

You have:

• Relevant education in social work, labor market, behavioral science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience working with people in need of support
• Good ability to motivate, coach, and create structure
• Good collaboration skills
• It is an advantage if you have experience in practical work within park or green space maintenance.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
