About the client company

Do you have extensive experience in industrial staff roles and are driven by creating results? We are now looking for senior consultants for assignments in project management, sales, and production, where your expertise makes a real difference. Konsultia works with many different industrial companies operating throughout Dalarna. Common to them is the need for driven and meticulous employees who can quickly contribute in administrative functions and support where the need is greatest.

Your responsibilities

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your experience in exciting assignments with some of the region's leading industrial companies. The assignments may vary but may include: - Leading and driving projects in production, product development, or organization. - Working on developing and streamlining processes, routines, and workflows. - Having personnel or production responsibility in the role of production manager or similar. - Supporting sales and business development work, including customer contacts and quotation management. - Analyzing and following up on key figures, quality, and delivery reliability. - Contributing to change management, coaching, and knowledge transfer to teams and organizations.

Your profile

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have: Several years of experience in qualified roles within the industry, e.g., project manager, production manager, technical salesperson, or equivalent. - A good understanding of industrial processes and business logic. - Documented experience in leading projects, teams, or operations with accountability for results. - A business-oriented and solution-focused approach. - The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build trust with clients and colleagues. - Excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have: - Experience with international assignments or collaboration in global organizations. - Post-secondary education in technology, industry, economics, or equivalent. - Good knowledge of business systems such as SAP.

Availability: Immediate Working hours: Daytime, full-time Location: Assignments take place at one of our client companies in Dalarna.
