Our client, a leading player in infrastructure projects focusing on electrical power, is looking for someone who wants to drive innovative and socially important projects. About the position

As a project manager in electrical power, you will have operational responsibility for project implementation, from planning and procurement to follow-up and completion. You will lead and distribute work, ensure financial results, and maintain a good dialogue with both customers and employees.

Job responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to steer the project's progress and ensure that we achieve set goals. This includes, among other things:

  • Full responsibility for project implementation, planning, and completion.
  • Responsibility for the project's budget, procurement, financial follow-up, and final results.
  • Drive and document work related to quality, environment, and working environment (KMA).
  • Maintain a good dialogue with customers and promote upselling within the projects.
  • Supervisory role with responsibility for leading and motivating employees.
  • Ongoing reporting of status to the department manager or branch manager.

We are looking for someone who

  • Relevant post-secondary education of at least 2 years or equivalent work experience
  • Practical knowledge in electrical power (e.g., from vocational training or work experience)
  • Experience in a leading role in projects
  • Good knowledge of finance and project management
  • Ability to work with digital tools
  • Knowledge of contract law

It is advantageous if you have

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in submitting bids and negotiating changes
