About the position

As a systems engineer, you will work with the development, testing, and verification of control systems within power engineering. The role involves both programming and technical analysis, as well as travel to test facilities and customers. You will be part of an experienced team where you will receive mentorship and support in your development. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term, grow in the role, and enjoys working closely with colleagues in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Build smart technical solutions for the company's control and protection systems
  • Test the systems in test environments and sometimes at customer sites to ensure everything works as it should

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a post-secondary education in power engineering, electrical engineering, or automation (YH, bachelor's degree, or master's degree)
  • Is willing to travel for work, up to about 50% (travel can be adjusted according to life situation)
  • Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Knowledge of PLC programming, industrial automation, or HMI/SCADA
