We are developing our management organization and are looking for three leading roles that together shape the future of management: property manager, construction service manager, and housing manager. In the role of Property Manager, we are looking for someone who can combine strategic planning with technical expertise and take overall responsibility for our long-term maintenance while contributing to ensuring that our properties maintain the right quality – today and over time.

Kopparstaden is currently in a significant and important maintenance phase where we invest over 200 million kronor annually in our properties. As a property manager, you play a central role in ensuring that each effort is prioritized correctly, planned wisely, and followed up in a structured manner.

You are responsible for keeping together the short- and long-term maintenance plan, prioritizing actions together with other experts in the maintenance group, and creating clear decision-making materials for the maintenance steering group. The role is new, which means you have the opportunity to help shape work methods, structure, and collaboration going forward.

You lead the maintenance group and are part of both the maintenance steering group and the management team of the management department. The role collaborates closely with the Construction and Development Manager to create a cohesive and efficient management.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Coordinate and develop the short- and long-term maintenance planning
• Prioritize actions based on needs, finances, and the long-term value of the properties
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance group, which consists of experts in various fields such as plumbing, electrical, energy, etc.
• Prepare decision-making materials and follow up on forecasts and outcomes
• Be responsible for handling warranty issues
• Project manage smaller management projects
• Contribute to the management department's leadership work

The position belongs to the Management Department and you report to the Head of Management.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in strategic property management
• Has a good understanding of building technology, maintenance planning, and finance
• Is accustomed to working strategically and long-term
• Has experience in leading and coordinating others
• Is analytical, structured, and confident in prioritizing
• Has relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Has a B driver's license
