About the position

In this role, you will lead and drive production technology projects, closely collaborating with R&D and production to shape the factories of the future at our client. You will be part of a young and dynamic production technology team working to develop smart, standardized production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive production technology projects, both independently and together with project groups
• Contribute to developing and implementing standardized and efficient working methods in the factories
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, and production to implement robust technical solutions
• Conduct production analysis, time studies, and balancing to create stable flows
• Drive projects related to the introduction of new products and improved production processes
• Initiate and implement your own improvement proposals that strengthen production work
• Actively participate in daily development work through local improvement initiatives

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical background from work life
• Has good experience in project management within a production environment
• Has a good understanding of production, including paced flows and assembly processes
• Has experience leading cross-functional teams in technical projects

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in Lean work, process development, or production optimization.
• Knowledge of production systems (MES) and ERP systems (SAP)
