We are looking for a versatile logistics employee (preferably aged 20-25) with the right attitude and mindset. You will be part of a small team where we work together to create a pleasant and positive work environment.

We are a well-established and innovative company with about ten competent employees and a group turnover of 327 million SEK (2025). We offer our customers very high availability, and as an employee, you will have the opportunity to develop in a globally growing company within the electronics industry. TMS is certified for the defense industry according to AS9120.

You will have the chance to work with a variety of tasks within warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and customer management. The position includes:

- Incoming and outgoing deliveries and order picking

- Stock management and inventory

- Forklift driving (we will provide forklift training)

- Simple purchasing and ordering

- Photography of components as well as document and freight handling

You will also have ongoing contact with customers and suppliers and assist with general telephone support.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably in IT or electronics. In addition to your education, you have at least some practical experience in warehousing, production, or logistics issues. You have a sense of order, structure, and numbers, and you work with high accuracy and quality.

As a person, you are cheerful and open-minded. You are positive towards changes and enjoy working at a fast pace. Ideally, you have a creative side and are willing to take your own initiatives, and you have basic computer skills in the Office suite in general, and Excel in particular. You are also a good communicator who speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English. Experience in communicating with customers and suppliers is a definite advantage.

Start date: Immediately.

Location: Växjö.

Employment type: Full-time, daytime.

Salary: Individual salary setting applies.
