To continue developing our work methods and ensure an optimal supply chain, we are now looking for a Production & Delivery Planner to join our team in Växjö.

In the role of Production & Delivery Planner, you will have the opportunity to be the hub between our production units, terminals, and customers – with the goal of creating optimal delivery flows for our pulp deliveries worldwide. You will work closely with both internal and external parties to maintain an efficient and stable supply chain that provides the best possible service and delivery levels.

You will also work on:

• Planning and optimizing production and supply flows for pulp within the Cell business area

• Creating and developing processes for a business in constant change

• Working analytically with data and making well-founded decisions

• Contributing to profitable business through business acumen, holistic view, and long-term customer relationships

The position is a full-time project employment (18-24 months) based in Växjö.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in supply chain, engineering, logistics, or equivalent, or comparable skills acquired through work experience. We seek someone who is engaged, dedicated, and enjoys a role where you can switch between analysis, coordination, and collaboration. You are a team player and thrive in a role where the pace can vary and conditions change rapidly.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Very good analytical skills and confidence in making decisions – and standing by them

• Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks

• Experience balancing facts, business acumen, and long-term customer relationships

We also see that you have experience in:

• Several years of work in planning or customer supply

• Working in complex flows and supply chain environments

• Collaboration across departmental boundaries
