Temporary HR Consultant at Region Gotland

In Region Gotland, you can develop and grow, both as an individual and together with others. When you work with us, you contribute to making Gotland an even better place for people in all walks of life. We make each other better.

HSF HR and Communication

Approximately 1,700 employees and about 90 managers work within health and medical care.

The administration is in an exciting phase of development where we focus on strengthening competence supply, work environment, and organizational culture. We offer operational HR support, both strategically and operationally, in areas such as competence supply, training, salary review, work environment, and culture.

We are now looking for a temporary HR consultant who wants to become part of our team. The HR team currently consists of an HR manager, HR consultants, HR administrator, communicators, business developers, staffing and training coordinators. The position is based in Visby, and you will belong to the central administration. You will work closely with the administration's managers, management groups, working groups, and union representatives. We collaborate with HR units across Region Gotland, where you will receive support and inspiration in your development. Your primary workplace is at Visborg, but meetings also occur at the hospital, Korpen area, and in Hemse and Slite. The work is flexible and allows for remote work.

Do you want to work in a qualified HR role where you make a real difference for managers and employees in healthcare on Gotland? Then you might be our new colleague. We look forward to your application!

Your Responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you have a central role in the administration's development and support managers in all types of HR issues. You work in a broad partner role with significant responsibility and have the opportunity to influence how you structure your workday.

An important part of the assignment is to contribute to a long-term and sustainable competence supply. You work on identifying competence needs and developing methods for competence development. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives that strengthen both employees' and the organization's competence over time.

You are a key person in the strategic work of developing the organization, among other things, by initiating, driving, and following up on projects and processes related to the operational plan and competence supply plan. Together with the HR team, you drive forward-looking initiatives in close collaboration with core operations.

Within the team, we work together but also have our own areas of responsibility within the different operations; dental care, primary care, psychiatry, somatic specialist care, and habilitation/rehabilitation, to create clarity in our roles. You will be the primary HR contact for one or more operations and participate in management and collaboration groups.

The role involves representing HR in a professional, strategic, and future-oriented manner. You also contribute to shaping a trust-based organizational culture.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in HR or equivalent education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of experience working broadly and operationally with various HR issues such as competence supply, labor law, work environment, restructuring work, and organizational culture. If you also have experience in independently driving assignments and development projects, it is a merit. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of collective agreements applicable to Region Gotland, experience in change management, and have worked in the health and medical care sector.

As a person, you are flexible, analytical, trustworthy, and can adapt to new circumstances. We value that you are curious, driven, and action-oriented. Your ability to collaborate is very good, as is your ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

Warm welcome with your application!
