JENSEN Gymnasium Vasastan (formerly Norra) is located in pleasant premises right by the scenic Vanadislunden, close to both Odenplan and Tekniska högskolan/Östra station. We are a school with high ambitions and have won several awards over the years in areas such as Young Entrepreneurship and Young Researchers. We prepare our students for reality and are now looking for a German teacher with qualifications in another subject who wants to help develop our school.

Qualifications

You are a qualified teacher in German and have qualifications in at least one other subject. You approach lessons with great commitment. You demonstrate clear leadership in the classroom and have the ability to inspire a love for languages. In our recruitment, great importance is placed on personal suitability for the position, and we would like you to be structured, have a drive for development, and enjoy working in a team-oriented manner. 

Employment form

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting in the autumn term on August 5, 2026, or by agreement. We apply a six-month probationary period.

Within upper secondary school, you must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. The extract is done via http://www.polisen.se with digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form, please do this as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.  

The first step in our recruitment process is to complete two psychological tests. After submitting your application, you will receive two emails in quick succession with test links.
