Job Responsibilities
As an administrator, you contribute to fulfilling the unit's mission. You work closely with colleagues and support functions throughout the agency.
The work is primarily digital, and you will be part of a team that collectively is responsible for structure, support, and quality in the agency's continuing education efforts. You will work in an e-learning platform, LMS, and other digital systems. You will be involved in quality assurance of educational materials produced by other colleagues in the agency.
Your role includes troubleshooting and analyzing incoming error reports to assess whether they relate to user errors, system errors, or bugs.
Your Responsibilities
- Process continuing education materials in the agency's learning platform and other digital systems.
- Engage in dialogue with stakeholders seeking information about the agency's continuing education via our case management system.
- Write minutes and facilitate meetings and digital infrastructure for the Continuing Education Unit.
- Contribute to the unit's quality and development work.
- Support the production and quality assurance of digital continuing education content according to guidelines for accessibility, plain language, and visual identity.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant education and/or documented experience in several areas.
We want you to:
- Have at least a post-secondary education, focusing on digital administration, information management, public administration, or another area we consider relevant for this position.
- Have at least one year of documented experience working in learning platforms, including structuring, publishing, and quality assuring educational content.
- Have at least one year of experience managing data in various digital systems, including Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Have at least one year of experience using case management, planning, or internal communication systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
- Have experience managing and quality assuring digitally published material.
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written Swedish.
Meritorious
- Experience providing internal and external support in digital systems such as learning platforms.
- Knowledge of WCAG and guidelines for web accessibility.
- Knowledge of accessible documents for the web, such as PDF, ePub.
- Experience working with digital content in web publishing systems (CMS).
- Experience working closely with educational producers.
- Knowledge of Swedish sign language.
Personal Qualities
We place great importance on personal suitability for the position. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative both in writing and verbal dialogue. You are curious, structured, and used to documenting and keeping order, but also analytical and able to contribute to clarity in processes. You should be able to plan and prioritize tasks and easily adapt to changing circumstances.
You should also feel comfortable in digital work environments and thrive in an improvement-oriented everyday life. You are accustomed to working both independently and in close collaboration with others.
