About Us

Närhälsan Öjersjö health center opened in December 2023 in completely new premises and is one of Närhälsan's "digiphysical" health centers.

The health center is located in a new residential area, Gökegård in Öjersjö, an attractive part of Partille with good connections to Gothenburg and nearby towns.

We work largely digitally with e-services such as video visits, self-check-in, self-monitoring, iKBT, 1177, as well as a chat function and triage online. If needed, we also offer physical visits where patients can meet treatment nurses with extended delegation, which means they can book more patient visits than what is usually possible for a nurse.

Together, we drive the development of the health center and we value good collaborations, including cooperation with Öjersjö's preschools and the meeting place Kåsjögården in Öjersjö. We offer a stimulating and developing workplace with high competence and community.

About the Job

We offer digital care when possible and physical care when needed. The combination of digital and physical methods is based on the patient's needs and the medical assessment of the profession. We offer flexible work solutions and, depending on the needs of the organization, there may be an opportunity to work partially remotely. Your tasks mainly consist of work at the health center and span a wide field of work, including the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations.

You work health-promoting, advisory, and treating in primary care. Just over half of your patient work is done digitally via chat and digital visits. In addition, you also have contact with patients via phone, at the clinic, and home visits.

The tasks involve a significant amount of independent work with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. You have close collaboration with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care.

About You

You are a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. You thrive in teamwork and have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener during digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We also hope you have an interest in digitization and organizational development.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
