Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Tidaholm, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full competence while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

We are a newly renovated clinic that operates according to the 7-19 model. This provides all employees with flexible working hours, enhancing the overall atmosphere at the clinic. We have 6 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 12 dental assistants with various special interests, extensive competence, and long experience. Nitrous oxide and sedation are regularly used. Panoramic X-ray is available. Since Folktandvården Tidaholm collaborates closely with surrounding clinics, having a driver's license is an advantage. We have 11 treatment rooms. Clinic hours: Folktandvården Tidaholm - Folktandvården Tidaholm is an idyllic small town with beautiful nature. Access to swimming lakes and fishing is available at Hökensås within the municipality. Most sports are represented here. We do our best to assist in finding housing and employment for accompanying partners. Competence Requirements and Profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
