About the job as Operations Coordinator/Courier: We need to expand our team in the heart of the operation - production. In our terminals, packages arrive daily that need to be sorted and delivered to our customers, as well as packages that need to be transshipped and sent to other cities.

The Operations Coordinator ensures that the daily operational process in the terminal is followed.

The role includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that operations proceed during day, evening, and weekend hours without hindrance

• Carefully ensuring that goods come in and out of the terminal according to schedule.

• Leading the staff in the daily operational work in the terminal during sorting and loading processes.

• Working according to set KPIs to ensure productivity and quality

• The job is full-time, and shifts may vary between 05:00-16:00 according to the schedule throughout the week.

• You have experience in warehousing or logistics.

• You are a strong team player who enjoys collaboration.

• You have a knack for leading staff groups in operational work and are good at communicating and providing feedback

• You enjoy working physically with your body.

• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• You have a B driver's license. Other qualifications are a plus.

The position of Operations Coordinator is fundamentally a driving position with a responsibility supplement that runs according to agreement.
