The Surgical Department staffs five operating rooms in central surgery and two operating rooms in day surgery within the specialties of surgery, urology, orthopedics, gynecology, and ENT. We perform approximately 3500 surgeries per year in a service that operates around the clock every day of the year.
Your Responsibilities
As an operating room nurse, you now have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our operations and help us move into the future. In addition, the role of an operating room nurse with us means that you plan and organize the day's surgeries for your operating room. You instrument surgeries and participate in pre- and post-operative work.
Our employees are highly engaged, and our small size allows you to quickly create a network and build relationships, contributing to a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
When you start with us, you will be offered an individually tailored introduction program based on your previous experiences. It is important for us that you, as an employee, have the opportunity to grow and develop with the organization. Therefore, we work to find various creative ways of working and learning forms to maintain continuous development and skill enhancement.
