About the role In the role of Operations Coordinator, you will become a central part of the client's logistics operations. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the client's production flows run smoothly and that each order moves correctly through the client's systems and automation solutions. It is a dynamic and operational position where you will spend most of your time on the production floor, close to the operations.

You will work closely with the teams in the operational work as well as with other functions within the organization, such as customer service and technology. The role does not involve formal personnel responsibility, but you will have a leading function where you guide and support responsible managers in their daily work.

Your task is to plan and optimize production, ensure proper resource allocation, and quickly identify and address any obstacles. You actively work to achieve the client's delivery goals and contribute to developing and streamlining the client's processes.

Your tasks

• Plan production and allocate resources to create an efficient and stable flow

• Monitor and work in systems such as Lima, Wamas, and Lighthouse, and act on deviations

• Provide operational support in order management and ensure that deliveries reach customers as planned

• Handle and resolve production-related issues, both in software and hardware, in collaboration with IT and service teams

• Drive and support work towards set production goals

• Follow up on improvement initiatives and ensure they are fully implemented

• Cover various leading functions as needed

• Provide feedback to the development team and report and document deviations

About you We are now looking for someone who:

• Has good experience working in systems, preferably Lima, Wamas, Autostore, or similar

• Has an understanding of the logistics chain – from picking and packing to shipping

• Is communicative and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback

• Thrives in an operational environment where the pace is high and decisions need to be made quickly

Other The assignment starts immediately and lasts for at least six months, with good opportunities for takeover by the client. No hybrid work is offered. We prefer that you have your own car to easily get to work even at inconvenient times.
