Operations Coordinators Needed in Morgongåva

We are now looking for three Operations Coordinators for our client in Morgongåva. One for day, one for evening, and one for weekend. The role is operational and fast-paced, where you work closely with production and in close collaboration with IT and service teams.

About the Position

As an Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that daily production runs smoothly and according to plan. You have an overview of production flows and ensure that each order is handled correctly. You spend most of your time close to production and collaborate with various parts of the organization. The role includes planning production, allocating resources, identifying and solving problems, ensuring deadlines are met, driving improvements in flows, serving as backup in various management functions as needed, and leading managers in operational work.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role with a fast pace and who can make quick decisions when situations arise in production. You are solution-oriented, have the ability to create structure in complex flows, and enjoy collaborating closely with production and other functions. You are used to leading and influencing without direct personnel responsibility.

Requirements

Experience in production or logistics management in an operational environment
Ability to plan and allocate resources
Ability to identify and solve problems quickly
Good system familiarity, preferably from Lima, Wamas, Autostore, or similar
Ability to make quick decisions during ongoing production
Good communication skills
