As a warehouse employee at Martin & Servera's warehouse in Enköping, your job will primarily consist of order picking of food products. This means that it is your responsibility to use a forklift to gather orders on crates and pallets, and then compile these for delivery to customers.

We pick food products that are sent to restaurants and large kitchens across Sweden, ranging from alcohol, dry goods, meat, and vegetables. Therefore, the work may also take place in different temperatures.

The working hours for the position are scheduled for either day or evening shifts. Daytime hours may vary, while the evening shift is fixed between 14:45–23:30.

We have a particular need on Mondays and therefore prefer that you are available to work 3–4 Mondays per month.

The position begins with a two-week paid training. The first three days are scheduled from 07:00–16:00 and the remaining days from 05:45–14:30. The training consists of both theoretical components, including forklift training, as well as a practical introduction to the job tasks.

The arrangement is a part-time job during the spring and autumn semesters, with the possibility to work up to full-time during the summer.

The start for the position is immediate.

• As an order picker, you must be driven and have the ability to maintain pace and focus at all times. Great accuracy is required as a wrong pick has direct consequences for customers.

• You should be in good physical shape as the job involves heavy lifting and is performed at a high pace.

• Since training, workplace introduction, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.

• To be hired and remain employed in this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of another main occupation include studies at least half-time (50%), another job where you are guaranteed work at least 50%, self-employment, or being a professional athlete. You will need to provide proof of your main occupation before potential employment for this position.
