LFV is now looking for an experienced air traffic controller with a background in airspace planning who is ready to take the next step, from operational operations to national and international defense planning.

The position involves service with the Armed Forces at the ATM/ASM section at the Air Force Headquarters in Uppsala.

At the ATM/ASM section, you work within a broad area that includes defense planning, airspace planning for national and international exercises and operations, development of rules and methods for military air traffic control, and development of technical infrastructure for air traffic control across the entire conflict spectrum.

The work also involves some training and information related to air traffic service, both internally and externally, where you will have an important role.

In addition, you will of course also participate in ongoing staff work such as meetings, projects, administration, experience and deviation management, and work environment efforts.

You are offered a chance to work closely with decision-making functions and to influence how military aviation is planned and executed in Sweden. The workplace is characterized by dynamism and forward-thinking, so there is really an opportunity for a stimulating work situation for the right person!
