About the Role

As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will work broadly and comprehensively with VS Truck's central warehouse and spare parts management. You will be responsible for planning and driving the daily distribution and sales of spare parts, which involves significant contact with customers, suppliers, and technicians. You will be involved in streamlining and developing logistics flows, inventory management, and safety procedures, as well as handling the administration related to spare parts and warehouse operations.

More specifically, the role includes:

-         Sales, ordering, purchasing, and inventory management of spare parts and accessories

-         Planning and executing incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as inventory management

-         Contact with technicians, customers, carriers, and distributors

-         Planning and conducting ongoing inventory and quality control of goods

-         Streamlining the flow of spare parts

-         Administering in the business system and handling invoices
