Your task

As a coordinator, you are a resource for the unit manager in the daily work by continuously coordinating and distributing tasks to the team of instrumentation and ventilation technicians. Coordination includes planning and preparing maintenance efforts, planning our participation in projects including appointing resources with the right competencies, and following up on our various tasks. You will, among other things:

  • coordinate and lead daily operations
  • prepare work orders for tasks, sometimes with short notice
  • perform delegated occupational safety tasks
  • follow up on the team's competencies to distribute tasks ensuring a safe working environment
  • represent the unit in various groups, projects, etc.
  • participate in the introduction and guidance of employees and interns
  • create conditions for employees to be involved in business development
  • take on the role of project leader when needed and plan, construct, prepare, drive, document, and follow up on your own projects/maintenance assignments
  • prepare materials for resource and material planning
  • ensure that resources and materials are linked to respective maintenance efforts/assignments
  • administer the purchase of resources and materials in systems for maintenance and invoice management
  • assist in the development of framework agreements
  • follow up on completed tasks to evaluate what needs to be addressed to avoid recurring errors
  • prepare or complement risk analyses for respective maintenance efforts/assignments
  • contribute to developing and following up on routines, working methods, and systematic improvement work, and ensure that routines and instructions are followed
  • participate in planning and implementing efforts to enhance competence and ensure a good working environment
  • act as a substitute for the unit manager during their absence.

Your team

You will belong to the Instrument unit in the Maintenance department within the Heating and Cooling business area. The unit is led by Tony Katz and consists of coordinators, instrumentation engineers, and instrumentation and ventilation technicians.

Your competence

We are looking for someone with a degree from a technical university or vocational school with relevant orientation, or someone with a competence we consider equivalent. To move smoothly between our various facilities, you need a B driver's license.

You have extensive experience in maintenance within energy production or process industry, preferably in instrumentation. Previous leadership experience is an advantage. For the position, IT knowledge and experience using various systems are important. You are, among other things, a frequent user of database maintenance systems, which are important tools in the daily work of the coordinator.

Your personal abilities are important for succeeding in the role. You are proactive, which allows you to act quickly and drive work forward even when planning changes. You are stable and create security even when the pace is high and when we need to prioritize. With pedagogical ability, you can introduce and guide both new and experienced employees clearly. Your leadership contributes to structure, collaboration, and accountability, even without formal personnel responsibility. A good overall perspective allows you to understand how maintenance affects safety, production, and long-term availability. With a structured working style, you ensure good order, quality, and follow-up. You have good communication skills and communicate fluently in Swedish both orally and in writing.
