About the role
As a leading assembler or installation electrician at this company in Trollhättan, you are part of a team of 5-10 people. The company operates in several cities in Sweden and has all the components to take full responsibility for installations. The team is growing and will expand, allowing you to influence your daily work, your development, and the business as a whole. You will work on projects in or around Trollhättan. Examples of projects include residential buildings, commercial properties, or industrial and other exciting contracting projects. As a leading assembler, you play a central role in the execution of the projects, planning, leading, and following up on the work on-site. You are also the one who facilitates the dialogue between project management and assemblers.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan the daily work and operations.
• Perform installation, service, and maintenance within electrical systems.
• Ensure quality and timelines.
• Lead your team of assemblers.

Requirements

• Proactive and meticulous as a person.
• Confident in making decisions and taking responsibility in daily work.
• Electrical education and valid ECY certificate (or equivalent).
• Leadership experience.
• Swedish, fluent in spoken and written.
• Driving license B.

Start: May 2026/according to agreement
Extent: Full-time, permanent.
Working hours: Office hours 7-16.
Location: Trollhättan.
