JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to Vidablick, a care and nursing home in Ronneby municipality.

We are looking for a nursing assistant who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is important that you have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You have experience in dementia care and have actively worked with BPSD and low-arousal approaches. You can adapt your working methods based on the needs that arise in relation to the residents. You have the ability to create and maintain relationships with both residents, relatives, and colleagues. The work requires flexibility and collaboration across group boundaries.

As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of the team. Teamwork is the foundation for creating a good everyday life for our residents. In your daily work, you collaborate with and receive support from nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and other nursing assistants.

The nursing assistant's tasks include care, service interventions, and social documentation. You also have assignments as a contact person.

Specialist training related to the elderly and/or people with dementia and work with BPSD is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title and experience in dementia care. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Further education such as specialist nursing assistant focused on the elderly, dementia, and BPSD is an advantage.

To be considered for employment within the care and nursing administration in Ronneby municipality, a police record extract must be presented. The form for work at HVB homes should be used. The normal processing time is about two weeks. Please remember to order the extract in good time. It can be ordered by post or digitally to Kivra.
