Job Responsibilities

As a vehicle coordinator, you will support department heads and business developers in vehicle-related matters.

Your role involves managing the vehicle fleet and serving as a support line to the organization during operational disruptions. The vehicle fleet consists of approximately 50 vehicles, and as a vehicle coordinator, you will operate within ambulance care and patient transport throughout Halland.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Technical coordination regarding vehicle issues
• Administer vehicles within ASH (ambulance and patient transport vehicles)
• Be responsible for maintaining an overall situational picture of the vehicle fleet
• Coordination and planning of the vehicle fleet, e.g., planning workshop visits, transport to and from service workshops
• Contact point for vehicle workshops and suppliers regarding vehicles
• Management/control of fuel reports
• Verification of incoming invoices
• Daily support to the organization regarding operational disruptions/troubleshooting/actions
• Participate in development issues regarding vehicles
• Provide support in procurements based on specialist knowledge of the vehicles
• Other vehicle-related tasks from the responsible manager/team leader

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school education in technology and vehicles or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• B and C1 driving licenses
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Experience working with invoices

Meritorious

• Experience working in ambulance and patient transport or a similar field
• Knowledge of the invoicing system Agresso

You have good operational ability and a strong capacity to work with logistics. We also expect you to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Personal suitability is highly valued.
