Expario Consulting is looking for a meticulous and dedicated production worker for our client Hot Mix in Getinge. This position is suitable for those who thrive in a structured production environment and want to work practically in a stable company.

About the position

You will be part of the production team where the focus is on quality, flow, and order. The work is varied and includes both machine handling and forklift driving.

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and handling of production machines

• Material replenishment

• Forklift driving (counterbalance)

• Loading and unloading

• Quality control

• Contribute to order and cleanliness in production

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from industry, production, or warehouse

• Has a forklift license (B, counterbalance forklift)

• Is meticulous, responsible, and structured

• Enjoys physical work

• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

About the assignment

This position is a consulting assignment through Expario Consulting with the possibility of long-term placement with the client company or other clients. Selection and interviews are ongoing.

About Hot Mix

Hot Mix is a manufacturing company that produces road paint for road markings. The production consists of mixing, heating, handling, and packaging materials according to fixed processes. The work takes place in an industrial environment with a focus on safety, quality, and stable workflows.
