Summer Temp Positions Available at Coop Karlsborg

We are currently seeking summer temp workers for our store Coop Karlsborg. We want you to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with all common tasks in the store, such as customer service, cashier work, and stocking. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in grocery retail is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is the most important for us.

The positions are summer temp jobs at 15 hours/week during the period of June-August. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

• Must be at least 18 years old as you need to work independently at the cash register
• Good Swedish in speech and writing is required
• Previous experience in grocery retail is an advantage
