Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven traffic manager to strengthen our team in office relocations and assembly. The role includes planning and resource allocation for assignments as well as some personnel responsibility in daily operations.

You will be partly responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships and selling our services.

Responsibilities:

- Handle relocations and other services in our moving system.

- Staff assignments with in-house personnel and resource allocation with suppliers.

- Follow up on assignments & projects.

- Time registration and control.

- Check and book costs.

- Consult with customers and provide them with tailored solutions based on their needs and wishes.

- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing and subsequent follow-up.

- Calculate costs versus revenues.

- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the move are handled correctly.

Qualifications:

- Experience in traffic management, preferably within the moving or logistics industry.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Engaged and goal-oriented with a strong ability to create and nurture customer relationships.

- Ability to work independently and drive your own projects.

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

A B driver's license is a REQUIREMENT.
