Apohem is looking for a driven Team Leader for the warehouse in Kallhäll!

In the role of Team Leader, you will play an important role at Apohem and for their customers. It is you, together with the team, who are responsible for ensuring that Apohem's customers receive the right products, on time, and that their customer satisfaction ratings continue to be world-class.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Be responsible for your group's production during the day
• Work in production where needed
• Together with the Area Manager and other Team Leaders, lead and distribute the work and ensure that deadlines are met and set goals and KPIs are fulfilled.
• Follow up on performance, develop, and motivate the employees in your group that you are responsible for
• Ensure that the staff has the best possible conditions to do their job, such as information, training, coaching, routines, and instructions.

The position is a staffing assignment, which means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work at Apohem. The position is full-time and is expected to continue indefinitely. The working hours applied are 7–16 Mon-Fri.
