FAST FACTS
Scope: 3-week rolling schedule, 36-hour workweek including weekend work. Location: Stockholm, Bromma. Start date: Desired start immediately. Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probationary period.

You will work at one of the world's most appreciated business aviation terminals, where the company offers a service level of the highest international standard. You will handle the majority of all business and private flights visiting Stockholm. YOUR ROLE
You will work as a ramp agent. This means a coordinating role where you function as a jack-of-all-trades. The work is shift-based, both during the day and in the evenings and weekends on a three-week rolling schedule. Your tasks include:
- Marshalling aircraft and performing ground service tasks such as water service, toilet service, connecting ground power, and everything else that may be needed during a turnaround.
- Welcoming and providing the best possible service to arriving passengers and crews.
- Assisting with loading and unloading baggage and catering, as well as laying out the red carpet at the aircraft door.
- Basic maintenance of ground equipment.
More tasks than those listed above may occur, or there may be varying pressure on arrivals and departures. This requires you to be proactive and ready to take on new tasks. Furthermore, a positive attitude and engagement regardless of high or low tempo/pressure are essential.
WHO ARE YOU?

To be a match for the role, you should have an interest in aviation, its environment, and enjoy a physically demanding job in a dynamic setting. You are social, outgoing, unpretentious, service-minded, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you have the ability to handle rapid changes and are willing to pitch in wherever needed and stay alert. In this role, it is also required that you have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driving license B.
It is highly meritorious if you have a technical interest or have attended a vehicle program or similar.
